We take great care in manufacturing our products and even greater care in sending them to you. However, in the rare event of a wrong dispatch, or a defective product, contact us to have the product returned for a refund or replacement. Our products are covered by a no-nonsense product return policy. All the returns and replacements are handled with special care and it is our constant endeavor to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our service.

a) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product. Please note that the labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.

b) If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal.

c) If the product does not match your requirements, or is defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.
